Our Mission
BU Productions (BUP) gives youth a real-life work experience through a full-service screen printing enterprise. BUP is a socially responsible business with the focus of training, teaching and providing at-risk youth with job readiness skills in a safe and nurturing environment. Not just a job training program, BU Productions is a personal transformational experience for youth.

We exclusively use environmentally-friendly, water-based inks for all of our printing.

Training
BU Productions offers local youth an introduction to workplace culture along with the opportunity to develop and utilize the artistic & technical skills involved in graphic design and screenprinting.

Employment
By employing local youth as printers and graphic designers, BU Productions aims to create employment opportunities for groups that have been that are typically disadvantaged in the labor market, including youth from impoverished areas and individuals recently released from the criminal justice system.

Careers
In addition to providing an introduction to the workplace, BU Productions also provides training in the specific techniques of graphic design, apparel printing, marketing, print manufacturing, and decal printing.
